“The Make You Think team is top-notch! We work with them every year to host the Science Talk conference. In 2023 we had over 300 participants for a technically challenging multi-day hybrid event. Scott, Steve, and their crew were terrific. They handled much of the logistics for AV rental, including working with the WiFi and video screen vendors. They met regularly with our conference team and produced a near-flawless show. Conference attendees remarked that our “small” conference was much more polished than events hosted many larger scientific societies.

One great example was the panel of NASA science communicators who worked on the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST). This panel had three in-person presenters, two virtual presenters, and both groups shared video and images. The MYT team expertly navigated this complex environment, switching audio and video streams with apparent ease. I sat in the audience and was blown away by the amazing images from the JWST…while simultaneously marveling at how well the entire presentation flowed from a technical perspective.
