When Science on Tap moved temporarily online in 2020-2023, MYT tech volunteers produced 3-5 on-line events per month, averaging over 250 attendees per event, rapidly gaining expertise in the Zoom webinar module. Our expertise can be made available for organizations that are providing educational services to the public. We can assist in:

• Advice on assembling broadcast space, including lighting, sound needs, and camera angles to meet special needs
• Researching and suggesting configurations for your camera and sound equipment
• Provide technical and practical information on how to run a webinar
• Training and troubleshooting during for your first event
• Developing a checklist of procedures for continued running of events
